If I recollect right, there are slums right below the building. Not sure what level of encroachment has taken place as much as you can look up and watch the Arabian Sea but look down and you see a mini Dharavi. The prices in the building will not take off unless the slums are cleared and the folks resettled somewhere else.

Most disappointing. For 35 Cr. one would expect a detached and well-maintained property. The neighbourhood leaves a feeling of a shanty town house. The decor is also most ordinary and rather dated. A missed opportunity by the designer considering the location!

Who else think the building in front made a complete mess of the view and privacy 😢
